OF FLOW
FLOW as a psychological state was introduced and researched by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, a Hungarian-American psychologist in the 1970's. He is considered the Godfather of FLOW as his research on optimal experience set the foundation for an explosion of thought as to how to apply FLOW to all aspects of life.
FLOW & HAPPINESS
Human advance has done little to increase Happiness. If anything, progress has led to busier and more complicated lives, plaguing us with rising anxiety and depression.
Finding and LIVING IN FLOW can help people avert living in crisis. By changing our energy, we can move from FORCING ourselves into life coming AT us to FLOWING life that comes FROM us.
A MISSION TO SHARE FLOW
Our mission is to celebrate and demonstrate FLOW as a community and platform. We set out to inspire this generation's DO-ERS to find and LIVE IN FLOW.
LIVE IN FLOW EVERYDAY
We created a wellness platform called LiFE (LIVE IN FLOW EVERYDAY) that synthesizes the expanding world of FLOW into courses, classes, coaching, challenges, content, and workshops for a community of practioners called LiFE Members.
